how can i lose weight????

this past few days, ive noticed that im getting bigger and bigger.. and then i realized, i really need to lose my weight.. but i reaaly dont know how.. i cant control myself.. anyone out there who can give me an advice..

Why don't you go to Jim.and listen and eat according to need not eat very much.

Controlling portion size is a big key. Also, chew your food thoroughly so that it takes longer to eat and your body has time to realize it is full. Then stop eating when it tells you you are full. You are an adult, there is no reason to need to have a clean plate! Use a smaller plate for your servings. Alot on a small plate looks like more than the same amount on a big plate. Drink plenty of water before, during and after meals. It will fill you up some so you won't snack as much. You also need to get moving. Go walk around the block. If it isn't a safe place, walk around your house. You will feel silly, but do it! Or put on the radio and dance. Anything to burn calories.

If you have been getting bigger and bigger then get off the couch or wherever you are sitting and go running or for a long walk! Better to start strong and work your way into a daily work out then start step by step sometimes if the sitsuation is urgent enough. Watch what you eat and remember what it will make you look like in both the long and short term. Remember, anything other than water and vegetables that goes into your mouth will make you bigger and bigger until you reach the point of no return. Don't do diet pills. They can kill. The safest way is to just stop feeling sorry for yourself and start walking. Good luck

Losing weight is hard to do. I have been trying to shed weight I put on from some medication. I have lost 35 pound in a little over a year. I have done so by becoming more active and eating better. I have been getting out more which means more walking and exercise. I have been trying to skip on the empty calories and going for the fruits and veggies. I still give in and grab some treats, but I have cut way back. Bagging big bags of treats into ziplock bags of one serving size helps. I also try to control my portions. It's not easy, but it can be done. Good luck to you.
