how many glasses of water do u drink everyday?

We should drink at least 8 glasses of water every day .I always try to drink more than 8 .

I'm afraid I don't get to drink at least eight glasses of water on a daily basis. Whenever I'm in the office, which is usually from Mondays to Fridays, I always make it a point that I have a glass of water on my office table. Everytime I drank it all up, I immediately refill it so that I could attain the target eight glasses of water. Eventhough at times, I'd imagine not accomplishing it because I feel that I'm attending to the call of nature several times throughout the day. However, when I'm at home and during weekends, I tend to forget about this due to the various household chores and watching tv shows which I attend to. I guess this is one of the reasons why I do have dry skin.

I drink less than that, know is not really healthy though. Will try to drink more.

Drop of water. - Save water Save life. We must save single drop of water. Because it is life.
well, I drink enough water, but I cant count it. May be I drink more than 8-9 glasses of water. Water is necessary for our body. It wash out almost every malicious thing in our body.

Water is vital part in our life and is very important for our body.Our body constitutes 70% of our body weight.So we should drink plenty of water specially during summers because our body looses water due to sun rays which causes dehydration ,that's why we should drink plenty of water.Water cleanses out our body and helps in our digestive system .Also water is good for the liver'so it detox our system.So keeping all these factors in mind I drink 2 litres of water a day that means near about ten to eleven glasses of water a day

I have been trying to drink 9-12 glasses of water a day. It can be easy to forget. Maybe we should all set reminders on our computers! LOL It is supposed to give you more energy, clearer skin, clearer thinking, healthier immune system and weight loss. Not sure yet, because I'm not consistent enough with it. If I manage to make it a habit and it works I'll let you know! LOL
