yes, fish is indeed very good for health. It is said to be very good for the brain too as it helps in improving the efficiency of brain. Many medicines are also made from fish oil obtained from its skin.Fish has white meat and so does not harm heart patients and others patients too.Plus it is very good in taste too.

Eating fish daily is what doctors recommend, but only a reasonable amount.Overeating can cause stomach disorders. It is also said that immediately after eating fish, you should not consume milk because it can cause some skin allergies.I don't know how far it is true. But if you like fish, you can certainly eat it daily.

Is fish healthy for us? I guees you would hae to take a look at what the fish is, where it came from and how it was processed. There are many fish that are taken from poluted waters and may be loaded with lead and mercury. This fish is definitly not good for you! I look for organic fish that are usually raised on stock farms and are known to be safe and healthy for you.

If the fish was raised in a non-toxic environment..the oils in it are GREAT for the heart and brain!
Ocean fish are sometimes greta..but sometimes have mercury, so you need to know where your fish comes from.
But fish twice a week is great!

It's very good until you get a bone stuck in your throat and end up waiting 12 hours in the ED having it pulled out.
