Our computer is slowing down.

Hi,
We have just a basic Dell computer and it still works but it is starting to become slow and sluggish. Is this a matter of our computer needing more memory? If so, what can we do to improve the speed and memory? If the answer is to add memeory, what is the best way to go about that? Thanks and God bless, leofa

Try the other applications my dear, usually the computer seems slow while you are log on to mylot. That happened to me and I thought my computer needs upgrading only to learn that the so many users are log on to mylot and therefore there is a tremendous traffic jam happening but the computer has no problem because the other applications are loading up at normal speed. Please check on

For surfing mylot, Mozilla Firefox should be used instead of Internet Explorer because the site gives better perfomance with Firefox. Switch to it and you'll feel the difference.

computer slows down while running lots of applications. you may try to stop some applications and try to experiment. if restarting never works, i guess you really have to upgrade your memory. technicians know best for your computer so you can check with them.

Computer slowing down can e caused by many reasons. Maybe your computer contents viruses, maybe your computer are running too many applications at one time or it lacks free HDD. You need to confirm the cause or, to make it easy, do everything you can to solve all the problems above.
