Do you give tips on service???

Howdy mylotters! Do you give tips to people who give their service to you? On waiters, mechanic, bellboys, etc... I usually give tips to them depending on how they obey respond and how well they have done their jobs . If I see their service is nice and clean and they dont complain I give them an extra bucks. So do you guys do the same??? Happy posting!

I happily give tips provided they deserve so. Otherwise they could not expect tips from me. I believe only those who deserve must be rewarded and its my way of telling them to do their services better.

I agree with you! I hate it when they complain and then ask for a tip. Just makes me wanna slap their face! LOL!!!
