It will definitely create trouble for you. Though not immediatly when you reach your late 40s and early 50s you will find yourself having gastric and intestinal related problems. So it is better not to avoid breakfast. Atleast have a cup of porridge, which will help.

Looks like you will be familiar with the term Kanji. If yes, try to take any of the Kanji's (made of boiled rice, satthu maavu, or atleast oats). This will improve your metabolism too. Having a tumbler of this with a little of sugar and milk or salt and buttermilk will definitely boost you up. Try it out and you will definitely find the difference.

No Murali, please do not leave home without breakfast.. What ever time it is that you leave in the morning to school or to college or may be to the office do not ever leave home without breakfast. The food we eat in the morning breaks the daily fast which we have through out the night for about ten hours. The fast depletes our body level of Glucose stored by our liver as glucogen. They have inadequate glucogen levels and get tired and lethargic by mid morning. So have something. Even if you eat more of lunch in the afternoon, you'll not be able to get enough nutrients, you'll get only a big tummy soon.. which you will find very hard.. Just get a bowl of Oats at least in the morning and if you can make it fruit or biscuits with that. But do not take oats along with coffee, because coffee inhibits calcium absorption.. All the best Murali, look after your health..

hi muralirv, my dear friend, i think its is not at all good for health. breakfast has always been said to be the most important meal of the day.people who skip breakfast tend to go on to have a snack mid-morning , usually something unhealthy like a chocolate bar. this is not at all good for health. if you skip breakfast thinking that you will loose weight then it is not true, infact eating a good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. the body expects to be refueled a few times each day starting with breakfast. you can have acidity problem in future. its very bad.

I think it's likely to have the stomachache or having a digestion problem. The breakfast is a very important meal and it's not good to skip it. I love China

You really need to speak with your doctor or a nutritionist. I have never eaten breakfast on a regular basis. I started a weight loss plan that required I eat breakfast. Guess what? I was hungry again in a couple of hours! Normally I eat a late lunch and then supper and I dont feel hungry or anything. Well I looked it up and apparently there are a few of us out there who will actually eat more if we partake of breakfast. I would never suggest that is what you should do but do talk to someone familiar with your health for the best plan for you.
