I love breakfast -- be it for lunch or dinner! LOL Anyway, we have the works - eggs (sunny side-up or omelet), meat (hot dog, spam or whatever viand was left over from the night before), and rice. I prefer fried rice than boiled rice for breakfast. Also, there's got to be hot coffee and cold water to finish it all off. YUM! :D

hi my dear friend, i usually have a glass of juice with toast, or milk shake. i love juices and milk shakes. sometimes i prefer sandwiches too. but that is rare. i dont skip it. my hubby prefers eggs in breakfast. sometimes he take burgers but that is when he is out. when we are out then we prefer burger, fench fries and milk shake from Mac Donald. its the best for breakfast. not just for breakfast but for everytime.

Right now, I mostly eat oatmeal or cereal with some fruit and milk. I like to eat a lot of carbohydrates for breakfast because I go out and exercise right away afterward. Sometimes, though, I'll eat some eggs, potatoes, or some kind of meat, but that's rare. I love pancakes, but I haven't had any for ages. I used to eat pandesal, too, but I can't have much bread because of the sodium in it.

I usually have orange juice, two fried eggs, toasts, and coffee. On weekends, when I have more time, I add sausages and bacon.

In general we have brunch say around 9.30am or 10.00am. But if we have guests or some other functions, then we shift to breakfast and lunch. If it is brunch then we have rice with Sambar, Rasam and curd. And if it is breakfast, we either have some porridge or Idly or Pongal (a dish made of rice and moongdal)

Most of the time I eat a bowl of cereal. Sometimes I will try and eat something different. The other day I had a bagel and the day after that I had some yogurt and a banana. Occasionally someone in our household will cook something for the whole family for breakfast. Then we have whatever they cook which could be a lot of different things. Breakfast is my favorite meal and I would like to start eating different things for breakfast other than just cereal. I am kind of getting bored of cereal. I have ate it for many years for breakfast because it's so easy and quick.

hi kaezy_kulet...
breakfast is the most important meal of the day because this is where you get all of your energy for the days work...^_^
the proper diet portions should be:
BREAKFAST -eat like a king/queen
LUNCH-eat like a prince/princess
DINNER-eat like a pauper
we need to eat the least amount at night because its the time we sleep and we dont want our stomach to work overtime during our sleeping hours its bad and my cause nightmares...
anyways for your question i eat one big juicy apple, quaker oatmeal with milk/or chocolate, sweetpotato with carrots steamed together when cooking the rice in the rice cooker...
^_^ SMILE ALWAYS...

I just have one bread and a cup of coffee. I like to have big breakfast but can't. If I have big breakfast, I will be fall asleep again after I finish it. I can eat a lot only on lunch or dinner. But breakfast, not a chance. I tried it before and it ends up sleepy the whole morning. I also can't eat at lunch after I got big breakfast.
