can starting a career as a dsa make me successful / myLot

I got employed as a direct sales agent in a bank, the salary is soo small but i heard that after some months if i perform well they will make me a full staff. do you think i can be successful if am to start like this.

just at the start of carer you can accept it. in this process you can network bettetr with people and also you can look for new opportunities. i think its going to help you a lot later.

well,firstly congratulations on your job (though belated)but i can tell you that your performance really matters in whatever job you find yourself in,try to settle yourself down to do a great job and prove to your immediate boss that you are worth much more than they are paying you now.am sure you will earn yourself respect amd more pay
