Problem With Upload to YouTube

I have created my video (about 3 minutes and about 5mb) and when I upload to YouTube it only show about 37 seconds. I have reload a few times but it's still the same.
I wonder if there is any limitation for newbie -- this is the first time I upload to YouTube.
Any expert out there can help this newbie?
