I just read this and thought this has to be very cool to watch. Plus I would love to try a bite of it.
By deftly swinging, stretching, and doubling a fist-size lump of flour-and-water dough, a Chinese master noodle maker can create 2,048 strands of "long xu mian" - dragon's beard noodles - each as fine as a human hair. (This Chinese delicacy is deep fried and wrapped into thin pancakes). I would love to see a demonstration of this!!!

yeah, it's true that each strand of "long xu"noodle is extremely slim and elongated. If you could come to China, I show you:)

Thanks for the invite. Are these noodles available at a lot of restaurants or is this something you have to go to certain places to get?
Hopefully during the Olympics the networks TV's will do a segment on this.
