Is Arsene Wenger abandoning his foreign player policy a bit?

Arsene Wenger in recent years has not been known for signing up British players, you can't blame him after his previous disasters (Francis Jeffers, Richard Wright to name two) but not only has he signed Welsh wizz kid Aaron Ramsey but he is now linked with Peter Crouch too. Do you think that Wenger has realised a team performs a bit better with a few natives (Chelsea with their spine of Terry, Lampard, Cole x 2 and Man U with Hargreaves, Carrick, Ferdinand, Giggs, Scholes, Fletcher etc), not only that but that local players are more willing substitutes as foreigners in general seem to get more arsey about being put on the bench, particularly if they are well known. What do you think, will we see Arsenal sign some Brits this year?
