What comes after death?

This is an awnser everyone wants to know. The athiest would say: Nothingness Many would say: a rebirth human or some other life form The others say that the soul leaves the body then either heaven, hell or in between. There are some who says that conciousness (mental) remains. This is the scariest of all the propostions because it means that the thoughts remain(maybe not all but atleast the last ones). Confused ? Arent we all? If I had the awnser I would have become a Godman by now.
