The Quran testifies the bible and all the books that were revealed to previous prophtes, Quran confirms the corruption of bible, that it is not in its original form, it is written by humans not by God,.... some people think that Muhammad(PBUH) copied Quran from bible... there are many proofs that Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) did not copied the Quran from Bible.... first o wuold like to ask those who say the HE did copy... I ASK THEM TO PROVE that he did copied , it is a request? don't just go writing unless you have a clear proof, ..... one of the reason is that AT THAT TIME , THERE WAS NO VERSION OF ARABIC BIBLE PRESENT.... the first version of the old testament in arabic is of R.Sadiaas in 900 C.E the first arabic version of the new testament was published by Erpinius in 1616 C.E ... so how was Muhammad(PBUH) able to go forward in time to copy the bible.... these version were written or published after the edath of prpohet Muhammad(PBUH)

There is no proof that Muhammad did not invent the Quran, please do not make this claim without evidence. Certainly he would have mixed with many people familiar with existing scripture. Many Arabs were Christian and he would also have mixed with Jews. Being from a culture with a strong oral tradition it is not surprising if he were able to remember it. The inclusion in the Quran of words not known in the language of the time is strong evidence that it 'borrows' heavily from previous scripture. All the best urban

The Old Testament supposedly was written between 1400 and 400 before Christ, or as some scholars say, at least between 800 and 200 before Christ. The New Testament books were written in the first century C.E. As Muhammad lived in the seventh century C.E., the Coran is the younger holy book. While staying in Damascus, Muhammed came in touch with the Jewish and Christian communities from which he learned about the Bible. But one can't say that the Coran is copied, it's more a new developement of the two older creeds. Jewish, Christian and Muslim religion have the same origin, they are called Abrahamic religions and they have in common a strict monotheism, which is unique as no other religion apart of them does belief in one and only one God.

you said clearly Bible is the oldest one and has the chance to origin first. we all know Bible and quran are moreorless same content. so in my point quran is definitely copied from the Bible. Even though Jewish, chritian and muslim religion have ethe same origin, christianity is varied from the other two. BiBle and christianity is the beginning and end for all.
