Hello ladies
I was a couch potato right from the time I can remember...my Dad tried in vain many-a-time to get me onto the treadmill and to start a exercise regimen...I was jus as lazy as ever...apart from being least motivated....I jus took my body for granted...ofcourse I did not have an ugly figure...but I could have definitely shaped up a bit.....thats beside the point now....eventually I fell in love with an awesome man...and we decided to get married....the only hitch was he was a fitness freak :(
What my Dad couldnt do in 24 years,he managed to do in a matter of months....he got me to join his gym :(:(:( Initially I found every reason possible not to go to the gym....but then by-n-by,I started seeing some positive results...which ws very encouraging....and then I started liking it....I started looking forward to it everyday...
Now we are planning a baby and so I have stopped going to the gym totally which has made my weight shoot up as well as I have gained alooooooooot of weight, which is going to take me months to shed...
Have you had a success in shedding those extra pounds and shaping up esp after pregnancy??? share your experiences with me so that I can remain motivated.

I've had four children so I can tell you from experience that the weight will come off once you're back to your usual routine. I am wondering though, did your doctor tell you to stop exercising? I'm not suggesting that you continue to do a heavy work out during a pregnancy but there are still exercises that you can safely do up until you're close to delivering.

i havent yet confirmed a pregnancy...nevertheless we have been trying for about 6 months nw..and each time i used to travel quite a bit as well as working out..and things didnt go as planned..so this time, we are jus playin safe by not exerting the body much...i do have a few symptoms of pregnancy...but i think i need to wait for about a week more to confirm the same :)
