Ahhhh $1100 computer messed up! Need Help!

My computer is screwing up big time! Normally it follows a path (when starting up) of...
Push Button-fans run loud-calms down with the fans
-starts to open windows
But it's now just stays in the "Fans run Loud" stage. Sometimes it turns itself off and tries to boot up again but it again stays in the "Fans run loud" stage.
How do I fix this?
Things i've tried:
-Replaced the processor
-Cleaned the inside of dust
-Unplugged one of my gigs of RAM and tested the other one, then switched them and tested the second one.
-Discharged the battery by...
-removing it and leaving it out for a bit, then placing it in.
-Unplugging the power cord and turning on machine

i think u should try change ur fan with new ones or u have to cleaning ur Power Supply from the dust..it will help

There's no dust. There was barely anything at all when I opened it up, but after cleaning it, there was nothing.
