Pineapple

What an interesting question !!! I was just thinking about what to do with the many pineapples that we have harvested from our little self sufficiency farm ! We usually plant pineapples and other fruits just enough for the family but as it turned out the pineapples are doing so well that we have more than enough for us to consume. You can view our stacks of pineapples below: We sold off some to the restaurants nearby but we still have a lot left. So what to do with them?? we have been having pineapple desserts of course.. but now the idea of making cakes with it.. thats something nice and exciting. So we will now check out ideas from your responses and see if we too can make the upside down pineapple cake. Thank you for alerting me to this idea.
