i was born in province and the life was something like memories that you will really cannot forget. I have learned a lot of things like feeding the pig, selling gallons of water, selling diced leaves and swimming everyday on the beach. My hair became yellow orange in color and almost black skinned.LOL.LOL.
swimming was the best part .
i had learned that on my own By playing everyday until i got used to kick my feet synchronized to make my body float into the water. We played under the boat that was "peek -a-boo" .And we dive From boat which is almost far from the coastal are.So it was all much funs to remember.
You guys how did you learned how to swim?

I too was grew up in a province. I also have unforgettable funny memories during my childhood. I used to sell dry and wet good in the market, selling SHOPAO and DONUT along the road the Jeep drivers. I used to have a downcast ed face every time my mother asked me to sell. Sometimes she asked to go into "BARYO ng BUALAN" a place where fishermen lives.
Mostly of my relatives are fishermen and I like visiting their place during my childhood because i like to learn swimming with my cousins. But my mother scolded me knowing my motives of coming. She not allowing me to go with them because she afraid that i be drowned since don't know how to swim.
From that time on, every time my classmate invite me to go their fishpond for swimming i don't ask permission from my parents. I go with them until such time me and my friend both drowned and thanks to one of my friend that knows swimming well. He helped both of us. And now I still don't know swimming. hehehe because am afraid of what had happen before.
Also the "JAWS" movie fears me most. Afraid to swim especially at beach. Am afraid of sharks surprise attacks. hehehe anyway i know only how to float my body while on water.
Take care always! Good to hear that you knew swimming on your own. Hope to learn swimming by my own also.
