msn spams ?

hi there, i wonder is there any way out to find out who is the culprit who hacks into my msn messenger. there's one day, when a friend of mine told me that i was online in msn while i am still outside on my way back home. i thought perhaps it could be one of my family member but what horrified me which was there's no one at home. and the person who hacked into my msn messenger changed my display picture as well as my msn nick. so, any suggestions ? or perhaps could share your experience with me? :D
