Dieting!

With all the diets out there, there must be a lot of us who have tried several of them! Which diet works best for you? I have tried practically everything and I would have to say that Weight Watchers is the healthiest and the easiest to stick to. My weight has fluctuated my entire life and with each change I tried a new diet. I lost 40 lbs. on Atkins. Gained weight when I joined L.A. Weight Loss. Got sick from the supplements I took while on FitAmerica. Hated the food on Jenny Craig. Couldn't stick to South Beach after I had already done Atkins. I over exercised and under-ate. I ate salads and drank water. I tried SlimFast, Hydroxycut, Trimspa etc. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON!! Out of all of these diets, none have a lifestyle plan like Weight Watchers does. Although it isn't a 'quick fix' it gets the job done if you stick to it and even better you don't gain it back because you have been eating normal, healthy, everyday foods! After a little less than 18 months I lost a total of 130 pounds! I have maintained that loss for almost six months now. I am only 21 years old and I lost another person! You would think someone who had such a large amount of weight to lose must have been very big and not able to do much. But I was a completely normal college girl that even played Division 1 basketball. I am 6'3'' so I guess the 130 pounds had a lot of space to spread out!! lol! Regardless of height, it is extremely unhealthy for someone to be so overweight. Even though I was living a normal life and only appeared to be chubby or athletic, Weight Watchers, at the very least, reduced my chances of later in life health conditions, it may have even saved my life! So I ask all of you...Do you have a weightloss success or failure story? What is the best diet in your opinion? Thanks for taking the time to read and respond!!

WOW! That's good to hear. 'm glad you managed to take the pounds off (and keep it off). I'm never really tried any diets. Undereating and over excercising always works for me. But that's not healthy, nor is it a diet, so i'm not going to recommend it.
