Should we celebrate our right to carry guns?

Today the Supreme Court ruling has been received with mix reviews. Many senators, especially in high crime areas are very upset. Though I strongly believe in our right to bear arms. I also believe that every state should have more stringent laws in deciding who gets a gun or not. The majority of people commiting senseless murders are seldom educated. Why not test their IQ's for starters? Just a thought. What should gun shop owners look for in a customer before issuing a gun?
