Americans can keep guns at home for self-defense, the Supreme Court ruled Thursday in the justices' first-ever pronouncement on the meaning of gun rights under the Second Amendment. read more here: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080626/ap_on_go_su_co/scotus_guns Do you really think people are going to use these a gun to protect themselves knowing that it is ok to do so by law? My answer yes I am sure they will.. However the use of a gun is not always the best way to go.. But if someone were too hurt you i am sure you will use it to protect yourself rather it's just pointing or actually using it.. I am not a violent kind of person but if I need to use force I am sure I will but just having it and scaring the person away I'd rather do that.. Do you think they should let us have these in our home to protect our family or do you think there is another way around it with out gun use? By the way this picture is a fake gun but it does look very real..
