until now i practice that as good as i can and still practicing to be good in typing...

I usually don't look at the keyboard as I am typing because I can type much faster that way. I remember when learning to type it was very hard not to look at the kayboard though because I wanted to make sure I got all the letters correctly which slowed me down tremendously. I find that I type much faster when I'm not looking down. Have a terrific day!!

I type using the method taught in typing classes. I have been typing that way for so long that I don't have to look at the keyboard. I was the slowest typist in my class, but now I can type as fast as 120 wpm.

I didn't realize that I looked at the keyboard all that much until I recently started to use the computer in the dark! (Sometimes when it is nice outside I will take it out there to do a little work, but don't turm on any lights because I don't want the bugs to attack me! While a few will be attracted to the computer screen, they usually leave me alone for the most part!) So it's really hard to do in the dark for some reason though in the daytime I might not look at it anyway but it still seems like i make lees typos and can type better. Weird, eh?

I always look at the keyboard when I type. Never on the screen. I know technically it's not the right thing to do. But I really am better and faster when I do that. After I'm done typing a paragraph I tend to look up and correct any typos that might've taken place. But that doesn't happen all that often. I'm pretty good at correcting myself immediately after making the mistake. I don't even have to look up to see how many times I have to press "backspace"... But that's practice :)

It depends sometimes I look at the keyboard and sometimes I dont. I dont really need to look at it, it is more of a habit for me. I like to type as fast as possible so I think i should probably spend more time looking at the screen nd less on the keyboard.
