What is the nicest thing somebody did for you this week? I wasn't feeling well on Monday and on Tuesday received flowers. It was so nice to receive a bouquet of flowers. Is there something you like to receive that isn't money? We all love cash, so please don't answer money.

well my aunt knew that I didn't have any food, so she brought over a package hamburger meat, a package of pork chops and a package of bacon, that was like a godsend to me.

I'm so glad your aunt was thoughtful. If I lived closer, I would bring you a box of food. Thanks for posting.

Do I have to pick one? I have some friends who boost my spirits with kind words and beautiful graphics each day. One of the girls sent me a graphic that had me laughing for 10 minutes. It was great. The nicest thing they all do is.............be my friend.

I think its great to have friends that cheer me up. Its one of the reasons I really like Mylot, as somebody will come pick up my mood. Thanks for the reply.

My mother went with me to the vet this morning when I went in with my dog Sherlock. Sherlock hates the vet more than any dog I've ever had, but he needed his vaccine shots, and also his nails trimmed. They have really small exam rooms, and they keep it really hot in there, so sometimes I get dizzy. She went with me so she could help me manage him. For a small dog, he is hard to manage at the vet.

That is so nice of your mom to help. I don't like really hot rooms either. Thanks for posting and have a great weekend.

Nothing. Sometimes, when I feel down, I do get a card in the mail from my Mom or Sister. That is something nice I like to receive.

Hey fishmomma, the nicest thing that a person did to me this week is when my brother-in-law got me a place to stay for my studies in college which start this July. The second nicest thing is when my friend agreed to become my referral but it's not so nice because he doesn't post any discussion yet. That's about it this week.

I love flowers. This week I have my sister and her son here so that is the nicest thing that has happened this week. I was afraid they would cancel like they have before so many times. We are having a great time.

She is gone now. I did have a great time with the both of them. We swam in my pool we talked and laughed and teased each other. The time did go by so quickly.

I love flowers!
The nicest thing I got this week was today. My former mother in law sent me a picture in an email--they were gone for the weekend and when they returned the neighbor had put a life-size pumpkin-man dummy that they like to pose around the house in dad's old T-bird! Funny picture, and I'm so glad my in-laws still love me.

I enjoy seeing in-laws still speaking, so selected this as best response. I think all were great responses.
