Cheddar, muzzarela, cheese of Reno, Swiss cheese, cheesecurds, parmesan, ricotta, cream cheese, caciocavallo, rockford, camembert, brie, bleu vercors, petit suisse, cottage, tilsit, cheese of Minas, emmental, Estepe, gorgonzola, gouda, Gruyère, mascarpone. Sorry, cannot remember more. I love cheese and usually I like to eat all the types I can find and these are the ones I usually eat but I have eat others that I can't remember now. Have a nice day.
