13 year old boy died from being punished for bad behavoir

I not only think hose people need to be kept away from children, and arrested, I actually think they deserve to be executed for what they did to thir son. I think it's absolutely sick. Rarely a day goes y when I don't read a similar story, on line.

child abuse is terrible and some people are going to do it without caring about how bad it is. its sad that they killed a 13 year old boy, whoever is responsible for purposely doing that should be killed as well.

Good heavens, I thought I'd heard it all, but this one is way out there. I can't even imagine tying a child to a tree, for ANY reason. This is abuse, pure and simple. No, it's now MURDER. I wonder what else will open up now that the other children are in custody? Even if this child was more unruly or defiant than the others, tying a child and forcing them to sleep in a tree is way outside the norm for punishment, so I'll bet the other children will have some stories of their own.

These people are truly monsters and deserve NO MERCY.

Oh my goodness!! I am still in shock after reading about this incident, and then watching the video. People are so cruel. And for this horrible thing to be done to this child by his own mother is just absurd. I really would like to know what was actually going through the mother and her girlfriends heads when they grown behinds were torturing this innocent 5 year old child. I read that doctors say that his burns are so severe that he may never be able to open his hands again. So that just means that he will not use his hands. I hope that they put these 2 slim balls underneath the jail and keep them there. This poor baby is sufferring and there is no telling how long he has had to go through this situation. His life is just starting and being so young, i know that its going to take him a long long time to get over something as devestating as this. And the question i would like to understand is...this mother had 2 other kids. Why did she do all the cruel and ugly things to this child and not her other 2? I pray that this baby gets well soon and is placed with a family that will take care of him and love him the way that he needs to be loved and taken care of.

Wow that is a terrible story. I can not believe people can be so cruel to their children. No child, man, woman, or pet should ever be punished the way that boy was.

That poor boy, could you imagine what must have been going though his head. What could the boy possible done to deserve that. I am assuming he was trying to get unties with his butt rubbed raw. These parent need to go to prison. They will probably get out and serve little time. My heart goes out to his siblings. They were probably think they were next. Hopefully they fined a good home. I do not think these parents will ever get there kids back. There are some real sicko's in this world. No excuse for some thing like this. I think it is unforgivable.

crazy parents. no normal persons would tie a child to a tree to sleep. makes me wonder if they are crazy enough not to feel any guilt to what they have done.

I'm sure that all of us were raised being told that there are good people and bad people in this world. We just never realize that some of those bad people could ever be our parents. As a mother, I wonder how anyone could ever torture and especially kill their own child. The first thing that comes to mind is that they must have been mentallly ill. But, is it possible that some people are just pure evil?
