Do you donate your blood regularly?

I haven't donated my blood yet 'coz before i was low blood and having a low blood pressure you can't donate your blood. And as of now there is no one who needs my blood yet but i would like to donate my blood so as to help someone who is in need but i am quite afraid..hahaha a nurse afraid to donate her blood..but i am willing to overcome this fear when someone needs my blood.

I do not donate blood regularly. I have donated a couple of times in the past though. I do not know where a local place is to donate around my area. We live way out in the country and the nearest city with those types of facilities is about 15 miles from me one way. Gas is too high for me to travel to donate. I think it would be nice if they had a travelling blood bank for people to donate without having to drive very far.

I have never experienced donating my own blood... since i am quite anemic... they said that donating my blood will not be good for my health... unless i gain more weight... then it might be alright for me to do that... I am type O so i am a universal donor... it would be great to be able to donate blood to help others...

I would love to donate my blood but unfortunately I am a little woman. I weigh a whole 102 lbs and you have to be a 110 lbs. I have tried to put on weight but do not seem to be able to. My metabolism runs to high. I am an organ donor. My be as I age I will put on a few pounds so I could give blood. I think it is wonderful of you to help others in the gift of life!

yes.. last month, i also donate blood at my place. it really helpful. we must help each other that need our blood. it also good because with our bllod, we can help other that really need blood. maybe because of accident or else
