I have heard many times that letting kids help in the kitchen is a way to reduce how picky they will be when eating various foods. I definitely believe it's the case as it's made a lot of impact in my house!

AWWWWW that is so sweettt...Thats wonderful that is really nice to see that all the family are in the kitchen helping hand to make food.I always imagine that i hope someday that my partner will help me while i am cooking but i dont want to asked him.I want him to decide if he wants to help me or not.I dont like if i am asking him to go help w/ me then it will be less sweet.I think its so cute that your son help also his mother.I think he will grow up and he is still helping his mother. How thoughful of him.I find it so sexy that the guy can cook.cooking all together w/ family is really giving each other more closeness and quality time to one another.Goodluck my dear friend...
Have a nice day!
Greetings from Che!

I think it is wonderful thing to have a husband that is fond of cooking. It is great when you can include your children in the kitchen . It is teaching him , and giving him time to be with you. I would love it if all of us could be involved in the making of meals. We have however started making meals more of a family time again, we had gotten away from that as the kids got older, everyone just ate whenever for awhile there.

That's awesome. I don't much care for cooking myself. I taught myself how to cook because nobody ever bothered to teach me. I now have a 12 year old daughter who always helps me out in the kitchen. She has done so for years and is becoming a pretty decent cook. I actually find myself enjoying cooking when she is around.
