How do you view death?

I have discussed with my friends about how they view death... They have different answers... But whatever those are, the final conclusion is that it is both a happy and sad moment... happy because the departed one has no problems to worry at last! and sad because of course everyone who loves him/her would surely miss him/her... How about you? How do you view death?
