Star ranking questions

Hello all. I just had a question on how the star rating goes up or down. I have not posted since last night and my rating went from a 77 to a 72. What are the guidelines for such a move. Any help would be appreciated.

When you start a discussion and look at all the responses look to the side there is a plus or minus sign. It makes rating go up and down. Someone must have not liked your response. I would not worry about it. It will go back up!

actually mylot adjusts posting. it may delete some what you started or responded. this can come down your discussion number. it has happened to me many times. now also it happened as i was posting and the post number just came down.

Thats what I thought. I would like a notice if and when they do this.
