Did you get so excited that you could hardly sleep?

One night, I hardly could sleep because the next day would be my hubby's birthday. We were planning for a grand celebration and the thought of all the preparations and things needed for the next day kept creeping my mind and deprived me of the much needed sleep. It was almost 4:00 am and I was still very much awake. Then I prayed hard for the Lord to help me get into sleep and that did it. I finally fell into sound sleep and naturally woke up so late.

Yep that happens to me for instance when I have to travel...now I do not like flying, so I am a bundle of nerves but excited at the same time and can't sleep...or when I know someone is coming to visit the next day and I long to see that person, it is hard for me to sleep.

Salonga i have always being in this situation when some important or big is about to happen. This times i can not sleep no matter how much i try to sleep.I like how you deal we yours i always pray to the lord and he always come through.
