I would love to explore sales to earn more for my family needs. In buying and selling it will need capital to move the sales activities and I don't have that. I know there are some sales activity that don't need capital like Realty, Insurance, etc. I will try Realty. Do you have better suggestion to find my niche in Realty sales. Or do you have any suggestions how to earn more with no capital or less capital. I'm looking forward for every Guru out there who's willing to help to give an advise. Thanks in advance.

I'm not a guru, but I would like to give my outlook anyway. I guess the seasonal peaks of markets are different depending on where you are and the current trends in real estate. I do believe that Real Estate has a seasonal market. Real Estate is not an easy business to be in because you depend on commissions and commissions depend on sales and sales depend on the ever fluctuating market. It will keep you up all night. In the Philippines, most of the buyers don’t want to buy a new house because they are trying to save the money for some more profitable endeavor. This has been proven to be the downfall of real estate selling. The economy and the housing market have always been cyclical in the US. It is especially bad now for middle class and lower class housing. Thus the idea of having to have a niche comes in. Niche simply means having a certain group of prospects which is particularly interested in the item or service that you're selling,(in your case real estate). If you're an Internet freak like me, I suggest you find some forums about real estate, join and establish connections there. People that go there definitely are real estate investors or at least interested in real estate. Spending some time there would be worth it. We all may not have the same amount of money but we all have the same amount of time to spend. Spend them wisely.
Just my thought.
