road side dogs are dangerous

there are a lot of dogs roaming roadside and they are causing a lot of problems for walkers and two wheeler riders. what should be done to solve this issue?

In the USA I don't hear about these problems because we area a country of pet owners and a land of laws. We have what we call leash laws etc. We frown on people that don't take care of animals and let them roam.

Where I live, there is a growing problem with badly raised pets being aggressive toward passersby. We have people in our neighborhood who go for a daily walk, and they are carrying good solid sticks for protection. It all goes back to rotten owners instilling rotten behavior in their pets.

well,i've heard that in a small country everyone loves animals there.when a driver see birds on the road,he will slow down till the birds go across.i think what we have to do is just pay more attention to these lovely animals.maybe it will take you some time to stop,but just as a coin has two sides you can just enjoy this sight.meanwhile,the owner of the dogs maybe should think more about other peole's feeling,you should take good care of your pets.
