I CRIED WHEN i gOT mAD

KINDA WEIRD IT MAY LOOK LIKE BECAUSE I SHOULD BE ANGRY TO RESPONSE WITH THE MADNESS I HAD WITH OTHER PERSON OR ANY EVENTS. iF I CANNOT TOLERATE THE AMBIENCE OF BEING ANGRY I USUALLY GOT USED TO BE mORE ON cRYING THAN ANYTHING ELSE .bUt I'M DOING THAT WHEN NO ONE CAN SEE ME uNTIL THE EVENT AND FEELING GOT TAMED. hOW 'bOUT YOU hOW DID yOU iNTERACT WITH THE MADNESS YOU HAVE???

We have same response to madness. I don't show easily that I'm mad. But at night i cried evaluating why am mad. What caused me mad, and morning it heals out. You kinda refreshed after crying the whole night.

hi, i have a cousin who been like that if he can not release his feeling,he will just cry to lessen what he feel,and that is more good rather than to hurt somebody or destroy a things,and when i am mad i will just keep silent and get relax,go outside and breath fresh air to calm my self and lessen the feeling i have.

Hello applerose! I don't think it's weird because I also cried when I got mad. I don't know why. I want to stop crying because it's only a sign of vulnerability on my side but the tears would just fall that eventhough how hard I tried, I can't stop it.
