ghost or spirit

Ok I hear all these stories about ghosts and spirits can anyone tell me the difference please as I am confused and I thought i was seeing spirits not ghosts. Thanks for your help

they are just two names for things we do not fully understand. As a psychinc medium I have had many dealings with spirit and can say comfortably that ghost is simply a word the ignorent use when they mean spirit. blessed be
