have you ever been disappointed by the person you called your love?

Have you ever love someone with your WHOLE HEART and yet he/she disappoint you or betray you in the presence of another person OR he/she is not proud of you inpresence of his/her friend?
If yes,let's hear how you were able to handle the situation and how you deal with your so CALLED LOVE.

I have been disappointed time and time again by my "love". So many people say that I am a strong person and they would never put up with the things I have. Why doesn't that make me feel better? He never cheated, but he has an addiction. I have tried to be understanding and compassionate. But, it's to the point, that I don't know what to do. I attend church regularly and every time I am ready to walk away, I hear a sermon on how christians are supposed to forgive over and over and it's our job to be supportive of our loved ones. Any suggestions?

Tnx 4d response.I thin k all you need for nowis to pray for him,if you'd notbeen doing that,and always let him know that you love him but you can put up with that his particular behaviour(mention the behaviour to him)and tell him you wish he changed for the better to help your love for him to grow.
