how often do you say "i love you"

i used to say as much as i can to my friends...but not personally i say this through text msges...what about is this a natural word for you like hello or you find it hard to say it? thnks

I tell my hubby and my baby that I love them every chance I get.

i used to say i love you if i want to say or tell it to my husband with sincerity...that's all!

i really find it swwet for married couple to still say i love you as often as they could...i dont my parents exchange that word though...
