taking care oF Patients with full of patience

It is a nice feeling seeing the health care provider taking care of the patients..Full pledge of patience is very important to impart the care for the patients.
What will happen if nurses don't have this value?maybe a disastrous outcome of care.
What do you think???

If nurses and other health care professionals did not have patience and tolerance, I dont thnk they would keep their jobs - they would either walk or be dismissed.I have seen those who work on the wards subjected to both verbal and physical violence and i dont think they're in it for the money!
