Well they have already said they have the nuclear bombs and have even tested a device one time. But still the US negotiated with them and got them to hand over documents and blow up their cooling tower. I hope they do the same with Iran. They have said they don't have nuclear weapons though.

It is a small jester on their part but it is progress. The message to other countries is that either follow the will or the rest of the world or suffer the conquences. N Korea was isolated and suffering because of their program. President Bush told the world what N Korea was doing and now we were going to help them out. Hidden in his message was Iran either give up your program or suffer the wrath of the world. This could be more sanctions or even a military strike on their facilities. Now that the Iraq Army has taken over more of the fighting in Iraq the message is clear the world is uniting behind a nuclear free Iran.

I am not tech savvy, so does that mean that they don't have bombs, anymore? I am desperately opposed to bombs, especially after the massive devastation caused during World War 2, by bombs. If you've ever seen war documentaries on World War 2, you can see everyone's homes getting incincerated. I have heard some real horror stories of that time, like where people were burned alive by the bombs. I'm sorry that is a horrible thing to bring up, cause it will make some people sad. But it did happen. I hope that this means a step toward peace between the US and N. Korea. I do sincerely want us all to be friends. Maybe I am naieve for wanting that. But why couldn't it be possible? I do think they are making a real effort.
