I see your problem. This is very dominating boss you have there. Is there a Ministry in charging of labor or something, or perhaps a Union that protect the rights of workers? You may want to lodge a complain against your boss for doing that as it seems very wrong and unethical. Depending on your geographical location, in some region I believe there could be a possible breach in Labor Act or relevant. Well that is provided you are ready to quit your job. Cheers.

In the UK your boss wouldn't be allowed to do that, unless the money he is withholding was part of a discretionary bonus. I guess employment law is different all over the world though. I feel rough for you. I've no idea what 100YAUN RMB equates to, but your salary is your salary and if you've worked for it then it should be yours.

I don't think they'd be allowed to do something like that here in North America. I thik that would be totally illegal in this country. Are you in China? That's the impression I got from the currancy you mentioned. What a load of crap!!! I can't believe they'd do that to you and et away with it. I hope you make a lot of money here on MyLot. What is the amount you mentioned in US dollars?

I know that it is very strict in north america about labor and i appreciate it very much.Good news is that we get out money back now after our protest. One dollar is equal to about 7 yuan RMB.SO 100 yuan is about about 14 dollars.

This sounds rather odd to me as here in the States, unless a worker is working at a job illegally this kind of thing could not happen.* Typically there are contracts signed between a worker and his boss and what the worker gets paid is spelled out in the contract. The worker can increase the salary at will if the worker does well but must give ample notice of a change of salary if the salary is to go down and then it is usually a lay off and a rehiring with a new contract. *I mention the "working illegally" as there are no protections for a person who works for companies or individuals who pay them "under the table" without having taxes taken out, without abiding with immigration requirements, etc. These workers normally do not have contracts with their employers and so their employers can and often do maltreat them by withholding wages, etc. It sounds like your Country needs to have better labor laws if this kind of behavior on the part of the employer is legal.

Actually,we do have the related law about labor. However,it has some problems when it gets into the practice. Now a good news is that we get our money back after our protest. Thanks for your kind and response.I appreciate it very much.Have a good day.

That's too unfair, your Boss is a Devil, sorry to say that! why take out money from his staff just like that! Greedy, heartless fellow. Don't ever let him just do that to you. You have rights and there is a labor law that he should follow! Luckily, I have no such experience, otherwise, I won't take things sitting down.
