teenage and alcohol consumption

yester day i am watching abc new and in that i heard that around 53% of teenager (which approx count to 11million) are consuming alcohol and in this mob 68% get alcohol from their parents or from other known adult for free... some parents serve beer or alcohol in their teenage kids party... or they brought alcohol for them , so their teenage kid have acces of it and get it very easily ... few days back when i started discussion releted to teenage alcohol consumption and i put my point that parents played a major role in kids life and if they interact and understand their responsibilty then lots of people denied that that is not true .. but i think facts are saying the same what i said ... now in some state legal authorties planning to bring a pact that it is illigal to have alcohol in home having teenage kids .. whether they serve them or not... what you think about whole fact ...
