Friend requests - can you just choose anyone?

Hello all mylotters. I am new here on mylot and have a few questions. I am trying to make new friends but wasn't sure how to go about that. As mylotters, so you generally accept just about anyone who requests you as a friend? Would you add me if I requested you?

I definitely tend to be more generous with accepting requests here, compared with like myspace. I have yet to deny someone on here. Maybe it's because there is less directly personal info here, I don't know. But yes, I would accept you. I'm all for helping new users. I joined a year ago but just came back and got active on Monday, so I am still new myself, but I am quickly adjusting and don't really feel new! Anyway, welcome to mylot. And have fun! :)
