nomsyd -Congratulations!!! on your new job for a start. For me when I celebrate I would go straight for shashimi - I use salmon as that has proven safe and so lovely to eat. I slice the salmon into slices and serve raw of course with wasabe and soy source. A simple mushroom soup from a can will make a quick delicious soup and french loaf and good helping of various cheese - all so yammy. Enjoy you celebration with loved ones.
