Absolute MUST places to see in Europe

I'm going on a roadtrip to Europe this August with two friends and even though we have a quite a few sighseeings and our own geeky places looked up, we could fit many more interesting places. They can be anything from fabulous views to great restarants. Please, just point me to something special and WORTH seeing in the following countries: Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Thank you SO much!
