The best place to find out if things like that are legal or scams--www.squidoo.com They post all kinds of information about online "jobs" and such.

I signed up with Panda about two years ago. I completed several offers from them and I have pending completed offers waiting for approval. The catch is that they are never approved. I've written to them a number of times and I get an automated response from them telling me that it will take up to six weeks. I find this quite funny since it's going on two years and the offers are still sitting in my account waiting for approval. In other words, don't waste your time. There are far more legitimate websites out there. I use send earnings and inbox dollars, for which I have both cashed out. Good luck to you!

I was a member for a year and never heard anything from them, which is intersting because I usually have several surveys a day to complete. I finally just deleted my account with them.

I joined them, although haven't done any surveys with them. I think they've been around about a year. Give it a shot... all you've got to lose is some time.

I have only heard bad things about them. Bad communication, non-payment, things like that. Personally, I would stay away from them.
