What to do when going on vacation with PTR & PTC sites

I don't want to come home to thousands of emails or have been sned nasty emails becuase I didn't click for two weeks. Is there a way to either change my email (outlook) to say I am gone or somehow let all my PTR & PTC sites know I am gone for 2 weeks.
