Has anyone had success advertising on ptc sites?

I was wondering if anyone has used money earned on a ptc site for advertising. Did you have any success with it? Do you think that people really want what is advertised or are they just clicking for money?

I am trying to add up my money so I will try and parlay that into referrals. I dont know if it will work. Just stuff I'm trying.

Make sure they say they will replace inactive referrals if you buy them...
