Just now, I downloaded Firefox browser and got it working.
I'm using it right now and it has blazing fast speed!
First, I clicked over and opened nearly ten tabs
and nothing froze! Normally, my Internet Explorer
drags and freezes if more than five tabs are open!
Now I can post more responses to friends discussions.
I love my Firefox!
It has a built in spell checker that underlines
misspelled words.
Over all, I think that I'll be able to get
more done online with Firefox browser, with less down time.
Do you love Firefox? Does it make posting on Mylot faster?
What's your favorite thing about Firefox?
Least favorite?

Well, figuratively speaking!
I have been using Internet Explorer
since I got the new computer.
Felt like my brain was disconnected from
the Internet for the past six months.
The last computer had Firefox and I loved that!
I had all my custom buttons.
Today, I decided to take the plunge and I couldn't
be happier! It's so super fast.

Eh eh eh, Now your one of us! The greatest advantage of firefox for me is customization. You can set it up to what you need and not how they want you to use it. There are so many addon to choose from just visit their addon site or you can make one yourself.
I'm really surprise, with the rate your going with your discussions you find IE a drag? What more now that you've got firefox. We better brace ourselves for here comes super BeautyQueen!

Hey! It's totally your fault that I made the switch back!
No, really! Thanks.
I read your Firefox post this morning and
was so convinced that I had to make the switch
back that I did it right away.
I had forgotten all the fun things about Firefox.
Thanks for the reminder!
Be well.

I've been using firefox for some time and I do like it a lot better than IE.
What I like best is that it tabs the windows instead of opening a whole new window.

You must know me pretty well!
I'm prolific. I'm the same way in real life.
I talk non-stop all the time, from the
time I get up until I go to sleep.
And if I'm not talking, then I'm typing.
My spouse loves MyLot, cause it gives his
ears a break!

Security and speed is what I like in firefox than IE. I was using IE for a long period of time, it was only a couple of months I was using firefox and it is really good compared to IE. Also the Options menu is really cool, it is in a form unlike IE that you need to scroll alll the way down to see other features you need to set.

I have always loved Firefox! I'm using it for my personal, non-work related browsing. I love the tabbed browsing in Firefox, and especially now in Firefox 3. It is so much easier to use and it is fast! At first I didn't like the new feature in the address bar, where you get to see the title of the page aside from the page URL. So when you type, it will not only search for the URL but also for other words in the page title of the page you are trying to look for. But now I appreciate it more because sometimes even if I forget the URL of the page, I can just type a few letters or words from the page and I would find it! So cool! :)

I don't think I have ever used Internet Explorer while on myLot before, so I cannot be a judge of it. I use Firefox for everything except one of my GPT sites. I only use it then because offers supposedly credit better in IE than in Firefox and I can myLot while doing offers.

I did not know that!
I've heard if you flush your
cookies then you are likely to get
more offers per site.
Never tried it before.

Yea,the latest version of firefox is just simply awesome! And yes as you have told, the firefox didn't froze how much ever tabs I opened! Its just simply amazing!
I think that the earlier version of firefox was having more speed than Internet explorer and this made a lot of people to switch from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox. But,also ,the earlier version of firefox also froze when I opened 3 or 4 tabs in quick suggestion.I usually do this while I am on mylot and this was definitely giving me a great head ache!
But,the latest version is faster than the previous ones and also it doesn't froze how many tabs you open.I definitely like Mozilla Firefox version 3.I would recommend to every one to download and use the version 3 of Firefox.I am one of the many people who are in a transition from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox.Unless and until there are more stunning updates in Internet Explorer ,there is very little chance that I might go from Mozilla Firefox to Internet Explorer.

Do you love Firefox?
Yes,definitely and absolutely without a question.
Does it make posting on Mylot faster?
Mylot was very slow on Internet Explorer and that's when I started using Mozilla Firefox[the earlier version].But the present version 3 is even more quicker and simpler.

What's your favorite thing about Firefox?
Unfreezing multi-tab browsing and better speed compared to Internet Explorer.
Least favorite?
Hmm,least favorite?I think this is a very difficult question as I have not found anything I don't like.I must think now......Ah there is one thing.Although they have built in download manager,I would have been more happy if they allow other download managers also to download.Well,I mean I haven't found a way to do that yet.As a result I still depend on Internet Explorer while I am downloading anything big.
Cheers! thank you for this nice discussion.
Have a great day
Happy mylotting and happy earnings.

I was going to say, I saw you had posted yesterday so I was not sure when you were gone! But now I see what you mean.
I am glad to know that Firefox works with Vista. I have the same issues you did with Internet Explorer, and I still do not understand why two Microsoft products that came pre-installed on my computer, do not work well together. I will have to give Firefox a try as well.

Welcome back! Yea I find that firefox is very convenient in a way that I could check all the discussions I want to respond to and open them up in taps, then I could respond to it one by one. And yes, firefox seldom froze.

I downloaded the new firefox and it has been good so far. I have not opened 10 tabs at one time cause it would still be slow. I have dial up and no matter what it will not be any faster than what it is. Where I live the is no high speed for my area. I live in the country(boondock)where service is limited. But I do like the new changes that they have made. They are nice and work well. Have a good one.

I just loaded Firefox onto my computer today upon the advice of my manager. I had downloaded it a couple of weeks ago when he first mentioned it, but I took it off because I felt it was jamming things up because everything kept freezing up and it took forever to get the computer on and running.
Well, he insisted again that I needed it for my copy writing position, so I put it back on. So far, it hasn't caused any problems, so we'll see.
I don't know about it making posting on mylot faster. I have had several times where I've had to wait until it would go on to the next thing, so maybe it isn't helping. I don't know.

Firefox is awesome. I had it for about two years now and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I used to be annoyed at Internet Explorer so I looked for something better. IE dragged for me too. I also have AOL, but I like the quick use of Firefox.

I too love Firefox. I'm not really sure what my favorite feature is. I haven't been using it all that long, so I don't really have one yet. The multiple tabs is definitely a plus over IE, that's for sure.
