Bit your tongue often?

Hi friend, Some minutes ago,I bited my tongue again.It is so bad that I often do this terrible thing.I do not know why,and the little wound will be ulcer latter,and I will not eat food easily.Do you have the experience ?How to avoid it?Thank you for your reply.

Not often but every once in a while for me. They said that when you bite your tongue by accident someone is thinking of you. Haha. I don't know true that is.

Hi,thank you for your reply,in my home town,it is said that it is beacause you want to eat meat,lol,I do not think so.I would like to believe some one is think of me,lol.goodluck

I‘m not often.When I have hot pot,I alway bite my tongue.If I have to make a choice between hot pot and biting tongue,I'll choose hot pot.lol
