I fall asleep immediately if i am very tired after hard work, whether it is bed or floor i don't mind at that time. Otherwise, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes for me to start sleeping every day. It is also one of those days when i don't embrace sleep even till 4 hours after going to bed, but it is very rare!

hi dear snakequeen . it is true with all. the time you go to bed and you fall asleep will be determined by various factors. if you are too tired after a vigorous exercise or some other physical activity you may not be able to sleep at all because of the pain etc. but after ... we tend to sleep immediately there after.. if one is hungry and trying to sleep can you imagine ? try next time..and inform me...

Hi juhi! You are right. I have many times experienced that! Going to bed, feeling hungry, and not getting sleep for hours. Thank you for your response.

If I am really tired it does not take me but like five minutes to fall asleep, but if I am not tired, then sometimes it will take anywhere from thirty minutes,to a couple of hours for me to fall asleep, which kind of sucks.

I would say it takes me about half an hour to fall asleep most nights. I have a hard time getting to sleep. Some nights it can take me hours. If I am really tired I can fall asleep pretty fast, but that is very rare. I read an article that said most people fall asleep in seven minutes. I wish I could...lol.

If I'm really really tired from the day's work I usually fall asleep in as fast as 15 minutes.
