We were having this discussion at work the other night and its got me to thinking.
With the way teenage pregnancy has been rising over the years, do you think schools should provide birth control? Or do you think that it should be entirely up to the parents of the children whether or not their kids should be taking birth control?

Yes, they should. I even remembered when I was in the elementary school, a senior got pregnant after the night of the JS Prom. Rumors really spread fast, don't they? Anyway, when teenagers get pregnant, they have the tendency to abort the child because she doesn't know how to raise it, worse, if the father of the child rejects it. Back to your questions, YES, schools MUST provide birth control.
